1.简介
超声提取罐是公司常规产品，是在热回流提取技术的基础上，配备超声提取管，凝聚了公司2项自主创新的发明专利，广泛应用于各种植物提取，特别是在提取温度较低的条件下，实现短时间（1~3小时）的快速提取。
2.工作流程及原理
被提取的植物原料和提取溶媒投入超声提取罐中，在搅拌和超声的作用下实现提取。
提取管配备超声装置，加速提取速度，在50℃提取温度条件下，短时间内达到最大提取率。
配备的冷凝器可以将过程中挥发的溶剂冷却回收，重新进入提取罐中，形成回流提取。
配备水循环调温装置，在50℃下任意调控提取温度。
3.效率指标
提取率：≥95%。
提取时间：30~180min。
4.应用范围
4.1.提取溶媒
适合：水、各种易燃易爆有机溶剂、碱性液、低浓度的柠檬酸。
不适合：酸性液。
4.2.提取温度
温度可调可控，具体温度根据工艺要求任意设定，最高可至60℃。
4.3.原料及处理
适合：植物原料经粉碎后呈均匀颗粒状。
不适合：大块状、长杆状、丝状。
